My Friend Bryce in Haiti
My good friend Bryce, who owns the store Curious… right next to Sol Baby was so moved by the tradgedy in Haiti he decided to raise some money, grab a flight and volunteer. He left a few days ago on March 2 and will be gone for a month or more depending on how it all works out. It’s a pretty incredible gesture and I’m so proud of him. He packed up his tools, protecting them with lots of onesies, tees, blankets and bibs that I had given him. They were so graciously donated by www.kidsblanks.com the t-shirt vendor I use for my own Sol Baby tees.
He emailed me a few hours ago saying how the highlight of his trip so far has been giving out the clothes. From his email:
Today I practically delivered twins, I’m only half kidding. You should have seen the smiles when I gave her the blankets and matching pink onesies!
Bryce is only on day two so far, and I am looking forward to hearing what his next experience is!
